I am a Sri Lankan American, mother, coder, coach, runner and non conformist. My journey with Pillar Technology started 3 years ago as a Software Craftsman. This year I transitioned into a growth related role, representing Pillar Connect for the GLR Pursuit team. In the last decade I've dabbled in several tech stacks. I've been a proponent of Agile methodologies such as Extreme Programming and Scrum and will continue to be an evangelist of knowledge sharing. Of all Pillar's philosophies, what floats my boat is "No Constraints" and "Unleashing our potential". Building joyful learning spaces is something I'm passionate about.
