Sue Johnston's interests have always been communication and teamwork. After a journalism career, she held senior management roles at two Canadian banks, where she was involved in large scale change initiatives and technology implementations. That's where she discovered that the critical communication in any organization is the day-to-day interaction between its people. Sue has trained hundreds of people in communication, coaching and facilitation techniques in person and via distance. Based in Waterloo, Ontario, she is the author of "Talk To Me: Workplace Conversations That Work," the founder of It's Understood Communication and a partner in Leanintuit.
